Hi, I am sam. i am the owner and head coach at fit factory brentwood which is an affiliated gym of nuclear fit.
I have taken part in all nuclear fit races so far since it launched and i am really pleased to have partnered with nuclear fit to provide a training plan that everyone can follow whether you are a beginner or advanced fitness levels. this 6 week programme will push you and bring the best out in you!

100%. The programme has been designed to use minimal equipment and I have included adaptions and different exercise variations for all equipment you may not have access too (tyres, sleds etc). So this plan is for everyone and its catered for all fitness levels with adaptations around certain workouts for beginners all the way to advanced fitness enthusiasts.
There is only one reason you wont see results & that is if you give up or do not engage with the plan. Otherwise the plan is designed to help you prepare for race day and prime you to become fitter, faster, stronger and understand whats needed on race day and putting the body through similar workouts and similar levels of fatigue. Some workouts will be based around strength, some conditioning and some purely running but it will all come together to give you an incredible platform to smash the race and get the best time possible.
IT WILL START OUT WITH 4 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR THE FIRST 3 WEEKS THEN WE WILL MOVE INTO 5 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR THE FINAL 3 WEEKS LEADING UP TO THE RACE. THE PLAN WILL END 1 WEEK BEFORE THE RACE AND YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A PDF GUIDE TO HELP YOU WITH THE WEEK LEADING UP TO RACE DAY! I WILL ALSO LEAVE THE WHATSAPP CHAT GROUP OPEN UNTIL THE DAY OF THE RACE SO IF ANYONE HAS ANY QUESTIONS, I CAN HELP AND PROVIDE SUPPORT STILL LEADING INTO THE RACE DAY.

THIS 6 WEEK BLOCK WILL HELP YOU BECOME FITTER, FASTER & STRONGER ALONGSIDE WITH HAVING ACCOUNTABILITY TO REALLY PUSH YOURSELF.
WHEN YOU SIGN UP YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A FORM TO FILL OUT & I WILL THEN GIVE YOU ACCESS TO AN APP WHERE ALL YOUR WORKOUTS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU AND SCHEDULED FOR YOU IN THE 6 WEEKS LEADING UP TO THE RACE. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FOLLOW ALL WORKOUTS WITH DEMONSTRATIONS FOR EACH EXERCISE AND HAVE FULL BREAKDOWN OF HOW EACH WORKOUT GOES DOWN! YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK IN FREE TO JOIN ME AT THE IN PERSON TRAINING SESSION AT THE NUCLEAR FIT SITE ON WEEK 5 OF THE PROGRAMME (SUNDAY 28TH APRIL) ALONG WITH BEING ADDED INTO THE WHATSAPP SUPPORT GROUP FOR ADDED COACHING, ADVICE AND MOTIVATION FROM BEING AROUND OTHERS.
